Final Week of Tomalak's Realm June 4, 2001 Good morning! For the past month or two, I've been thinking about the future of the site and I've recently decided to retire the site and to make the last entry this Friday. I have a few things on my plate and one involves heading back to school to finish my degree and the other being a possible business venture (unrelated to the site). Write about compensation Lots of people contributed by buying books etc. I've considered running the site on a "part-time" basis, but the number of stories that I have to read to come up with each day's entry doesn't make it very compatible with my plans. I'm not sure if I missed something to make the site a workable operation for a few more years, but right now this option makes the most sense to me. If there's some way to keep the site going, I'll take a look at it. But at the same time, I'm excited by the prospects beyond the site. If you have any advice about this decision, I would welcome any e-mails about this.
